When your child left did they take your identity with them?

They didn't. They never had that power. But pain has a way of making it feel like they did.

This five-day challenge is where that changes.

What Happens in Five Days?

Five days. Five 30-minute one-on-one video or phone coaching calls. Just you and me.

We start where the damage is deepest.

Your sense of who you are.

Using Biblical truth, neuroscience, and personal development, we will work through where your identity shifted off-center and begin putting it back where it belongs. Not as an idea you understand. As a truth you begin to feel at your core.

Over five days we will cover:

  • Where your true identity actually comes from and what it's been replaced with and why

  • What it means to be seen and known by God, not defined by your child's rejection

  • How to start shifting what you think and feel about yourself

By day five, most women feel something shift. That is the beginning of your journey.

Why Identity First?

Your child is in God's hands. He loved them before you did and will long after this season ends.

Right now the place where you can make the most difference is in yourself, not because the relationship doesn't matter. Because who you are going into that relationship matters enormously. A mother who knows who she is moves differently. She waits differently. She reaches out differently. And when the door opens, she walks through it differently.

That is what we are building here.

I'm Marit Welker. And I've been where you are.

I'm Marit Welker. Certified life coach, speaker, and someone who has stood on both sides of this divide.

My child cut me off. I also spent twenty years distant from a parent I later reconciled with fully. I made every mistake on both sides. With God's miraculous help, I found the way through. I believe that was so that I could help other mothers through it.
